Bids & RFPs Formal Documents

The Strategic Purchasing Division makes available online and at no charge to the public a complete listing of all formal bid documents and proposals. However, you will not be able to download any Bid or RFP documents until you register. If you wish to register for a web site account to view and download Bid or RFP documents and to place online bids, please take a moment to enter and submit the mandatory Online Bid Registration Form. Make sure your cookies on your system are enabled and the privacy settings on your browser is set to low to avoid the re-registration process every time you need to download bids or RFPs. To obtain a bid or RFP Specifications, Terms & Conditions and other related attachments and documents, just click on the Bid Description listed below and follow instructions. You will be asked to complete and submit a mandatory online bid registration form.

To view a document online, just click on the document link. To save the document for later viewing, right-click on the document link and select the "Save Target As..." option.

You may revisit this page as often as you need to view the Pre-Bid and Pre-Proposal Conference Schedules or to download any Solicitation Forms & Attachments.

Here are the definitions of the different letters that exist in every bid number for your convenience:

• C - Construction Bid under $500,000
• E - Exempt and Sole Source Procurement
• H - High Technology Bid
• I - Informal Procurement under $50,000
• L - Legal Services Bid
• N - Formal Onetime Bid
• Q - Request for Qualification (RFQ) or Information (RFI)
• S - Commodity Based Supply Bid
• T - Request for Proposal (RFP)
• RA - displayed at the end of the bid number means Reverse Auction
• All other letters reflect special bids requested by City Departments
